We mainly, work with clients to develop workforce forecasts and look to put in place the most effective solution to work within their budget to meet their strategic aims.
The ways in which we recruit for clients:
1. Fixed-Fee Recruitment. We quote a price per role filled, (ideal for scaling up projects, where we have worked with the client to put in place an HR Forecast).
2. Contingency Recruitment. Whereby we make an introduction for an agreed percentage of total remuneration (ideal for Senior Management / Difficult to fill roles).
3. Retained Recruitment Services. Whereby you outsource your recruitment directly to us for a monthly or annual fee (ideal for Regulated Sectors, who require vast amounts of background checking of candidates).
